In addition to the always fun times you can expect on Opening Day, Red Bull is going to be on the slopes with their MXT vehicle all day long.
For those who are unfamiliar, the MXT might be the coolest vehicle ever made, a complete party station who’s roof rises on hydraulic rams to reveal a DJ setup and 1,800-watt sound system with four Mackie speakers capable of 123 decibels. Four LCD flat-panel monitors play video highlights of Red Bull-sponsored athletes in action, or video games through an Elite Xbox. An onboard Cummins Onan generator makes it possible to power up this extreme party machine just about anywhere!
To top it off, Recess Ride Shop plans to host an impromtu best trick contest on a select feature setup for Opening Day. Some great prizes will be available, and no registration is necessary – just show up and shred! The session should begin around 4pm – accommodating the dedicated students who actually attend classes Friday.
